PanARMENIAN.Net - A new TV spot for Ridley Scott's "Exodus: Gods and Kings" has been released. The nearly-2-minute video shows the Pharaoh and his army being surrounded by the walls of water in the middle of the sea, according to AceShowbiz.

The new clip also sees Christian Bale's Moses giving a speech to people, telling them to follow him, leaving Egypt for their safety. "If you stay, you will perish. Follow me and you will be free!" he says. The video also features tornadoes and epic war scenes.

"Exodus: Gods and Kings", hitting U.S. theaters on December 12, centers on Moses' journey as he leads 600,000 men to escape from deadly plagued Egypt and facing the wrath of Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses II, played by Joel Edgerton. In addition to Bale and Edgerton, the movie stars Aaron Paul, Ben Kingsley, John Turturro and Sigourney Weaver among others.

Scott recently responded to "Exodus: Gods and Kings" whitewashing criticism. Speaking to Variety, the "Gladiator" helmer shared why white actors were cast for the principle characters, saying, "I can't mount a film of this budget, where I have to rely on tax rebates in Spain, and say that my lead actor is Mohammad so-and-so from such-and-such. I'm just not going to get it financed. So the question doesn't even come up."
