On Thursday in New York City, a crowd watched as Rev Run competed in a game of H-O-R-S-E off of the back of a Jeep. He won, so we had to ask the rapper — what’s the secret?

“Having a basketball court in your house,” he said.

A man with a snake around his neck then appeared and Rev Run ran away into the VIP tent, where he told For The Win that he played “quite a bit” with his son on the court since he bought it. His son, he said, played all of the time and together they play a lot of the popular shooting game.

“My son has one that he shoots off the wall into the hoop but yet we have to paint the wall everyday because he’s always doing trick shots,” he said.

Does he actually paint the wall everyday?

“No, I have to get someone to do it,” he said.

When he’s not worried about his son messing up the walls at his house, Rev Run said he is looking forward to watching LeBron James’ return to Cleveland. His suggestion for a theme song: “All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled,” he said.
