WWE Rumors: 'Stone Cold' Missing 'Wrestlemania' Festivities Indicates Issues With Vince McMahon? [VIDEO]

One notable person missing from the WrestleMania weekend festivities was Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and it seems a disagreement could have led to the absence for the "Texas Rattlesnake."

According to PWInsider, there was a story going around during WrestleMania weekend that there was an issue between Austin and WWE CEO Vince McMahon.

The rumor going around is the problem between Austin and McMahon has something to do with Austin's podcast, The Steve Austin Show Unleashed, being on the WWE Network again. Austin interviewed McMahon and Triple H on his podcast on the platform in the past.

The WWE reportedly had plans for Austin during WrestleMania week and at one time were expecting for him to be a part of the festivities.

The company was hopeful to have Austin do interviews and work to promote the WWE Network upon arriving in town in the Bay Area for WrestleMania week, but obviously those plans were changed since Austin wasn't there.

Austin didn't tweet about the show at all and though he didn't attend, fellow Hall of Famer Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was involved in a tremendous segment with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and UFC fighter "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey.

Austin hasn't competed in the WWE since losing to The Rock at WrestleMania XIX in 2003, but he's made sporadic appearances in the company and at WrestleMania in the past.

"The Texas Rattlesnake" was involved in a memorable opening segment last year at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans along with The Rock and Hulk Hogan.

Austin, 50, is a six-time WWE Champion and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009.

While he missed WrestleMania 31 this year, Austin will likely be a big part of WrestleMania 32 next year in his home state of Texas.
