Critic’s Corner: What's on TV Monday

Bloodline Netflix

I'm enjoying this new drama whose first season is available on Netflix. Not least of the pleasures is getting to see Kyle Chandler (pictured) in his best role since the end of "Friday Night Lights." He's the responsible, peacekeeping brother of four siblings whose secrets emerge across the season, although I'm betting he also has some ugly surprises in his past. Like "Damages," which was made by the same team of producers, the vibe of "Bloodline" can at times be too heightened and overstuffed with confrontation. But the acting is superb and the look of the show, which is set in the Florida Keys, is transporting.

Roast of Justin Bieber 10 p.m., Comedy Central

He kind of roasts himself, doesn't he? Actually, he broasts himself, because I believe there is some baking involved. So why is this walking, talking, dancing, singing self-parody willing to be publicly ridiculed? Because as the object of controlled derision by famous people, he can show what a good sport he is and maybe improve his image. Among the guests: host Kevin Hart, Hannibal Buress, Chris D'Elia, Snoop Dogg, Natasha Leggero, Ludacris, Shaquille O'Neal, Jeff Ross, and Martha Stewart.

Where Anna and John hide from the law?

The Returned 10 p.m., A&E

A lot of plaid sweaters, I bet.

Better Call Saul 10 p.m., AMC

A.k.a. "Bes' Call Saul."
