Men tied to several armed home invasions along the East Coast.

Written by Aaron Boyd

Three men pleaded “guilty” to involvement in an armed home invasion on Oreneca Road in Ridgefield, CT, in May 2012.

The three men — Paul DiBiase, 59, Daniel DiBiase, 57, and Jason Foskey, 36 — were arrested in Harrison, NY, in October 2012 and an investigation connected them with multiple home invasions in the area and all along the East Coast.

On May 24, 2012, the three forced their way into an Oreneca Road home, tied up the female homeowner, held her at gunpoint and stole her jewelry.

The elder DiBiase pleaded “guilty” to multiple federal charges on June 20 and was sentenced to a minimum of 15 years in prison. Daniel DiBiase and Foskey also pleaded “guilty” to federal charges and are awaiting sentencing.

While the suspects were able to evade capture for a few months, Ridgefield police noted that the “investigation thwarted additional home invasions from occurring” in the area.
