Alleged Sheng Siong kidnapper taken to Sembawang Park
The police yesterday afternoon took Lee Sze Yong, one of the two men accused of kidnapping Madam Ng Lye Poh, the mother of Sheng Siong supermarket chain Chief Executive Lim Hock Chee, to Sembawang Park, where he spent between 40 and 50 minutes pointing out various locations related to the crime. These included a tree behind a pavilion, where the S$2 million ransom was purportedly dropped off, and a car park.
