Bon Jovi’s bid to buy Buffalo Bills is livin’ on a prayer
By Josh Sanchez
I’m sorry, I had to do it. With questions still surrounding the Buffalo Bills when it comes to who their next owner will be, it looks like the fan base will be happy that Jon Bon Jovi’s attempt to purchase the team seems to be failing and failing fast.

According to the latest reports, Bon Jovi’s bid to buy the team is close to crumbling and he is… don’t do it… very close to completely being out of the running to own the team.
“They’re hanging on by the skin of their teeth,” an unnamed source told John Kryk of the Toronto Sun. “The bid’s on life support.”
Pro Football Talk explains the bid’s collapse in more detail:
"Kryk also explains that Bon Jovi would have been the controlling owner, which can be accomplished only if he purchases at least 30 percent of the team. To keep Bon Jovi’s 30-percent stake within the range of what he can afford, however, the total bid wasn’t as competitive as it could have been. And without adequate assurances that the team won’t move, Bon Jovi will have to wait for the next opportunity."
The Bills fans have never wanted to see Bon Jovi own the team out of fear that he would relocate the franchise north of the border to Toronto, so this news has to be music to their ears as they continue to chant, “F— Bon Jovi.
