(MENAFN) Qatari Barwa Real Estate Group said that it has signed an agreement with Erga Qatar Architectural and Engineering Consultants for the second phase of Dara project, which is currently being developed to be the largest residential project in Fox Hills as it will be constructed over 147.000 square meters, QNA reported.
Under the signed agreement, which is worth approximately USD24.14 million, Erga Qatar will conduct the design and supervision works of the second phase of Dara project, with both the design phase and the supervision phase expected to be done in parallel, with the design implemented over two years and the supervision and execution done over three years.
"Once ready, Dara B-F will be a distinctive residential destination offering a unique atmosphere of luxury to its tenants and visitors. Barwa is keen to develop distinctive projects in Qatar which are benchmarked against international standards of real estate projects. Visitors of Dara B-F will enjoy an array of entertainment amenities and luxurious services," Barwa Real Estate Group acting CEO said.
