Jillian Michaels is back!

The controversial fitness guru, who exited The Biggest Loser three different times before finally parting company with the show last year, is partnering with Spike TV on a new reality competition series, Sweat Inc.

Spike TV has ordered 10 one-hour episodes of the show, which will go into production this summer for a premiere in fall.

The concept: Twelve aspiring fitness entrepreneurs from all over the country will compete to prove they've developed the next big thing in exercise programs.

Sounds like Shark Tank meets Biggest Loser.

An announcement from Spike TV says, "Whoever creates the next Soul Cycle, Zumba, or Crossfit could be sitting on a billion dollar idea."

Sweat Inc. wants that idea. Michaels, known for her tough training, says the show is a competition elimination that will explore the "savvy, grit, guts and glory (needed) to make it big in business (that brings) workouts to the masses."

Michaels will serve as host and judge of the show. Two other yet-to-be named fitness experts will join her at the judge's table.

"Like the gold rush or tech boom, the fitness business has evolved into a high-stakes, billion dollar industry, with a huge fortune awaiting the next amazing idea," said Sharon Levy, executive vice president for original series at Spike TV.

After 10 weeks, the victorious fitness program will win a major cash prize and a partnership with a national gym chain to develop their fitness brand.
