Laguna Niguel Woman Stabs Boyfriend to Death, Police Say

Police arrested Michelle Greene, 50, for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death Saturday during a fight at their Laguna Niguel home.

A 50-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder for allegedly stabbing to death her 52-year-old live-in boyfriend during a domestic dispute at her Laguna Nigel home.

Deputies dispatched to the 24800 block of La Vida Drive at 8:40 p.m. Saturday found the victim lying on the front lawn of a neighbor’s residence at 24805 La Vida Drive and suffering from a stab wound to the abdomen, said Orange County Sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, Hallock said.

An investigation revealed that Michelle Greene and the victim were involved in a domestic dispute that led up to the fatal stabbing, he said.

“However, investigators have yet to determine the reason for the dispute or motive for the stabbing,” the sheriff’s lieutenant said.

Greene was arrested for murder and booked into the Orange County Jail. She was being held in lieu of $1 million bail and was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

The name of the victim is being withheld, pending notification of next of kin.

Greene’s booking photo is not being released, Hallock said.
