— Four Morris County men accused of running an illegal gambling operation were arrested today following an undercover investigation by local, county and federal law enforcement authorities.

The arrests took place at two Connections Cafe locations located in Pompton Plains and Parsippany. A promotional YouTube video for the business advertises "Vegas style games" and "real cash payouts." Authorities seized $60,000 cash, electronics valued in excess of $100,000 and other items used to operate the business.

Chester Ward, 39, of Wayne; Gary Roach, 55, of Wayne; Jason Bolsch, 45, of Hasbrouck Heights; and Jeffrey Spencer, 23, of Rockaway were charged with third and fourth degree crimes including promoting and operating a gambling facility and maintaining a gambling resort.
