Robin Gibb has left a £93million fortune following his death, it has been revealed.

It is thought that the state of the Bee Gees singer, who lost his battle against liver and colon cancer aged 62 in May, will now be shared between his wife Dina and their son RJ, as well as children Melissa and Spencer from his first marriage to Molly Hullis.

However, Claire Yang, who Gibb fathered a child with three years ago, is thought to receive nothing more in his settlement as she was already given £5million before his death.

In addition, Gibb is believed to have purchased a £850,000 Oxfordshire house for his former housekeeper Yang, with whom he had a long affair before the birth of their daughter Snow Robin in 2008.

But it is thought that officially dividing up the singer's estate, which includes a £8million mews home in Kensington, a £2.6million beach house in Miami and the 12th-century Oxfordshire former monastery in which he lived with Dwina, could take up to five years.

A source told The Sun newspaper: 'Probate could take years to sort out. No one but Claire’s received anything so far.'

Yang didn't attend Gibb's funeral with Snow after his wife Dwina is alleged to have told friends she would be unhappy if she was there.

A source said: 'Dwina has said that she would loathe her to be there but there won't be any scene whatsoever if she came along to pay her respects.'

Gibb's fortune comes from his career with brothers Maurice and Barry as part of the Bee Gees, as well as a successful solo career and songwriting career.

Prior to his death, Gibb insisted he was determined to make the most of his last days, saying: 'The illness and the untimely death of my brothers made me conscious of the fact that - rather than just think about it - it's crucial that you do today what you want to do.

'Now I know how precious time is and you can't put it in the bank.

'I intend to make the most of every single second that I've got left.'

Robin's death followed the tragic passing of his brother Maurice, who died unexpectedly of complications from a twisted intestine in 2003.

Their younger brother Andy also died young. He was just 30 when he died of myocarditis caused by a viral infection.
