On Saturday tens of thousands of people took part in protests in London, Glasgow and Belfast about pay and austerity. Rehan Hollingsworth sent us this photograph of campaigners outside the Houses of Parliament in London, UK.
Chris Vermeulen sent us this picture of campaigners in Glasgow, Scotland, at the culmination of Challenge Poverty Week.
Police and pro-democracy campaigners continued to clash in Hong Kong this week. Joel Christian took part in protests Mong Kok and captured this image of the event.
Benjamin Cocoracchio sent us this photo of a study area set up at a protest site in Hong Kong to help students to catch up with their homework.
Bermuda was hit by Hurricane Gonzalo on Friday with rain and 175km/h (110mph) winds. Hartley Watlington sent us this picture showing the effect of the wind on sea and land.

And Mike Purdy captured birds in the middle of an art installation featuring thousands of ceramic poppies outside The Tower of London in England. They pay tribute to World War One personnel. By 11 November - Armistice Day - there will be 888,246 ceramic poppies, one for each British and colonial death.
