Jennifer Lopez challenged her best friend Leah Remini to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and she accepted via Instagram.

Leah Remini Jokes About Staring At Jennifer Lopez's Body

“I accept Jen’s ALS challenge and I nominate Chelsea Handler, Kevin James and my mother Vicki,” the actress said.

The It's All Relative star went to say something more, but Lopez, who stood above her with the bucket of water, poured it on her head before she could finish her sentence.

“Not ready!” Remini screamed and said she’s throwing Lopez in the pool in retaliation. Lopez quickly attempted to get away, but it didn't look like she was succeeding.

“Premature ice dump from #myfriendjenn @jlo #ALSicebucketchallenge I nominate @kevinjames @chelseahandler @realvikkimars50,” Remini wrote as the video’s caption.

Lopez previously accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge on Sunday and nominated Pitbull, Iggy Azalea along with Remini. The 45-year-old wore gym clothes as two friends and her children – Max and Emme – poured the water on her.

“After workout #ALSicebucketchallenge Thanks@cristiano @tracyanderson oh and @pitbull@thenewclassic @leahremini you've been challenged!” Lopez wrote as the video's caption.

Azalea also accepted Lopez’s challenge that same day. The So Fancy rapper wore an orange bathing suit for the occasion and nominated rapper T.I., Charlie XCX and Rita Ora.

Pitbull has yet to accept the challenge, which benefits ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. The disease affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.
