The Real Housewives are heading to court.

Joanna Krupa, from the Miami franchise (R.I.P.), is suing Beverly Hills troublemaker Brandi Glanville for defamation over some obscene comments Brandi made about her vagina. Yes, you read that right.

According to TheWrap.com, Krupa, 35, filed a lawsuit on Thursday claiming she suffered emotional distress due to false statements Glanville made not only about her private parts but her love life. In November 2013, Brandi went on Watch What Happens Live and alleged that she was told by one of Joanna's former lovers Mohamed Hadid, who was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmember Yolanda Foster at the time of the supposed affair that her "p--sy smelled." (You can always count on Brandi to keep it classy.)

In December, Glanville, 42, made similar comments about Joanna during a YouTube appearance saying, "You can't help the odor situation." Weeks later, lawyers for Krupa fired off a legal letter to Brandi informing her of their intent to sue.

Joanna's attorney wrote, "You knew your statements were false and that such were damaging and humiliating to Mrs. Krupa and/or her husband and subjected Mrs. Krupa... to hatred, ridicule, contempt and/or injury.

"Moreover, it appears you make false statements about Mrs. Krupa to make yourself marketable and to associate your name with a celebrity in attempt to 'tag' yourself with her for media and personal searches and/or to create a brand for yourself for monetary and attempted celebrity status," it read. "Your statements are malicious and knowingly false."

The lawsuit says that the alleged damages Krupa has suffered are at "a value greater than" $15,000.

The usually outspoken Glanville has yet to respond regarding the stinky situation. If she decides to have her day in court, it should be interesting to say the least.
