Financial stocks declined broadly on Wall Street on Monday morning, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 0.4%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 0.2%, the Nasdaq increased 0.2% and the S&P 500 was down 0.2%.

Some of the biggest gainers among financial stocks include:

• Axis Capital Holdings (AXS): AXS stock is up 2.2%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Partnerre Ltd (PRE): PRE stock is up 2.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Icici Bank Limited (IBN): IBN stock is up 1.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Bofi Holding (BOFI): BOFI stock is up 1.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Health Net Inc (HNT): HNT stock is up 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• ING Group N.V. (ING): ING stock is up 1.5% today.

• Fidelity National Financial (FNF): FNF stock is up 1.3% today.

• Onebeacon Insurance Group (OB): OB stock is up 1.3% today.

• Radian Group Inc (RDN): RDN stock is up 0.8% today.

• The Hanover Insurance Group (THG): THG stock is up 0.9% today.

Some of the biggest losers among financial stocks include:

• Mizuho Financial Group (MFG): MFG stock is down 6.0% today.

• Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc (SMFG): SMFG stock is down 4.6% today.

• Mercury General Corp (MCY): MCY stock is down 4.3% today.

• National Bank of Greece Sa (NBG): NBG stock is down 4.9% today.

• China Life Insurance Company Limited (LFC): LFC stock is down 3.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Banco Bradesco Sa (BBD): BBD stock is down 3.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Cna Financial Corp (CNA): CNA stock is down 3.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Mitsubishi Ufj Financial Group Inc (MTU): MTU stock is down 3.0% today.

• Loews Corp (L): L stock is down 2.4% today.

• Ocwen Financial Corp (OCN): OCN stock is down 2.6% today.
