Global Finance Manager

A key strategic planning and forecasting role with a global remit for Jo Malone, an Estée Lauder brand.

As Global Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily, monthly and essential reporting needs of the finance department.  Reporting to our Executive Director, Global Finance & Strategy, you’ll be involved in all matters related to the production of strategic, business and financial plans and forecasts, liaising closely with Regional Managers and NY/London office management to provide guidance and support.  In addition to distributing consolidated monthly reporting packages and analysis to brand management and supporting the monthly estimating process, key accountabilities for this Global Finance Manager include:

• supporting the annual strategy process and budget cycle to achieve Global Brand profit requirements. 
• retail sales database maintenance and reporting to senior management
• financial analysis for new product launches, re-packaging and promotions
• working with the Finance team on special projects. 

You must be educated to degree level in accounting or finance, with a professional qualification huge plus, together with a proven track record in finance/accounting including closing, reporting and analysis.  Preferably with strategy/budget-setting experience, you’ll have strong PC skills including SAP, CPM, MS Office, AS400 and other internal systems.  Well-organised with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player, you thrive on embracing, even leading, change.  Your additional attributes as Global Finance Manager include:
