Curis Resources CEO Michael McPhie Resigns - Quick Facts

Curis Resources Ltd. (CUV.TO) announced that Michael McPhie has resigned as President and CEO and director of Curis to accept a role as a Senior Executive with another company.

The company said McPhie will continue to serve as President of Florence Copper Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Curis, and as an advisor to the Company until April 23, 2014.

The company noted that its Board of Directors is conducting a search for McPhie's successor. Pending completion of the search, Curis has appointed David Copeland, P.Eng., as interim President and CEO of the Company.
