April is Jazz Appreciation Month and the Clinton Presidential Center is celebrating with the Arkansas Jazz Festival, Friday-Saturday at the center, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. Featured artist Lou Marini, a former member of Blood, Sweat and Tears, and other jazz performers and bands from around the state will perform starting at 3:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday. Flashing swords and flying arrows give extra excitement to the story of England’s most famous outlaw. A big lottery jackpot leads to high hopes and big scheming in The Winning Numbers, a comedy written and directed by S. Christopher Boggs.
