Lee Tergesen is set to play Frank Hyland when the series returns this fall, and he will make his first appearance in the second episode of the season.

Series creator Jon Bokenkamp revealed at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con that Naomi will be "completely tied to Reddington," according to Deadline, but there has been no word on how Frank will factor into that picture.

While the Hyland's work their way in the fabric of The Blacklist, Red (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) will have their own mysteries to solve. As Red hunts down Berlin, Liz will begin to look in the history of both her mother and her father.
