OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma father was arrested for allegedly driving drunk with his 10-month-old son and two-year-old son in the truck.
Police say Joel Ramirez tested well over the legal limit for alcohol.
He was pulled over for going almost 20 miles per hour over the speed limit.
Police say he was also swerving in and out of lanes.
His wife was also in the car with him and the children.
She told police she tried to drive, but her husband would not let her.
The children are in the mother’s care while Ramirez faces a number of charges.
