Where in the world are Zoe Saldana’s hidden tattoos?
“I’m running out of private places to put them on,” the “Guardians of the Galaxy” told David Letterman Wednesday about her “almost 10” tattoos.
“My husband has more,” the first-time mom-to-be added about Marco Perego, whom she secretly married last year. “His are more exposed.”
The Italian artist’s most recent tat is a portrait of Saldana on his forearm.
While she’s opted for body art — her most recent one is the word “heal” under her right breast written in Hebrew — Saldana’s friends and family aren’t so quick to go under the painted needle.
With a little help of liquid courage, the actress has been able to persuade them to think about the ink differently.
“I am very proud to say I have assisted many friends and family, my sister, to get tattoos,” she boasted to the late-night host.
“I get them drunk, I wine and dine them, I take them to the tattoo parlor, they come out with tattoos,” she continued. “The next day they’re like, ‘What the hell happened?!'”
When it comes to her tattoo experiences, she said she’s often sober and goes by herself.
However, there’s someone in Saldana’s family who doesn’t find using one’s body as a canvas funny.

“My grandmother says that I look like a newspaper naked,” she said.
“You read what you want, grandma,” Letterman quipped.
