Sorry Would Suffice! Judge Judy Participant Demands Apology After Being 'Destroyed' By Show

Judge Judy is guilty, a former participant claims -- of ruining his life! And now, the man tells RadarOnline.com, he is still waiting for an apology.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, David Kohalisky, who appeared on the show June 17, was suing one of his neighbors for his $500 deductible in a vandalism case after a flag pole in his yard was cut down and damaged his car.
Kohalisky, a resident of Clearwater Florida, claims that Judge Judy and the producers of the show forced him to out himself as being gay when he specifically told them in pre-production that he didn't want to. Because of this, he says he has experienced severe hate and harassment.
"I work with children with disabilities and after the show aired I was told that a 'f** should not be working' with these kids," Kohalisky tells RadarOnline.com.
"People that normally talk to me now turn their heads when they see me and pretend that I don't exist."
In addition to being outed, Kohalisky claims that Judge Judy and her producers allowed a statement to be entered against him that stated on-air that he was evicted from his home, when in fact he was not.
"When my bosses at work saw that I was evicted on the show, they called into question whether or not I can handle my job after being evicted from my place," he says, adding that that him being outed also affected his job and security.
After appearing on the show, Kohalisky tells RadarOnline.com that people in the neighborhood he was living in forced him and his partner of 18 years out.
"As a result of being on the show, I had to sell my house for thousands less than I normally would have gotten," he claims.

"The verdict was not based on facts and I want an apology at the very least from them," Kohalisky says. "Judge Judy has not attempted to reach out to me and say sorry. She has done nothing and she has allowed bullies to get off without paying for damages that they did to my property."
Kohalisky, who is still incredibly upset about the experience, adds, "A call would be nice, but I know that it would be fake just like her show and her producers."
"My father told me when I was a little kid that, if you strongly believe in something to not let anyone kick you around," he says. "I was taught to fight back and that is what I am doing."
A rep for Judge Judy declined to comment.
