The tax-prep software giant says it has resolved an issue that blocked some customers from e-filing on Sunday and much of Monday.

H&R Block (HRB) said it experienced technology outages on Monday, temporarily preventing thousands of last-minute tax filers from sending in their returns.

Hundreds of people reported issues with H&R Block beginning on Sunday night, according to DownDetector, a site that tracks web outages. Several people took to H&R Block’s social media pages to complain, with some saying that their taxes failed to go through, although they were charged for services.

H &R Block advised customers to try again later or to print and mail the return. The deadline for most to file their taxes is Monday, April 15. The video in the player above is from a previous report.
