Subway has completed its sale to affiliates of Roark, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. The Milford, Connecticut-based quick-service restaurant chain, with dual headquarters in Miami, announced its company was officially acquired on April 30. The company did not disclose the sum of the transaction.

Subway officials announced Tuesday that the sale of the company to private equity firm Roark Capital had been completed.

Subway has locations across more than 100 countries in nearly 37,000 restaurants. Roark has completed its previously announced acquisition of US-based quick service restaurant brand Subway. No financial terms were disclosed.
