As with most Cuisinarts this is a very good food processor and lives up to what I expect from this brand. In the beginning you have to use it and go slow till at first (My first use turned a pulse chop into emulsified mess.) Once you use it a while, it becomes second nature. Read review on www.amazon.com

Owned for 20+ years and still working
I've owned a cuisinart food processor for over twenty years and it's still going strong. I cannot recommend it more. Only issue is it's heavy! A phenomenol product and a kitchen essential.
