My grandmother bought this for our 2nd wedding anniversary. I love to bake, but sometimes the handheld mixers just don't do the job. I love that I can make bread with it too. 1st a batch of cookies from the booklet, pretty good. 2nd made meat loaf with my own spices etc. and worked fine..did not over mix/beat the mixture..fairly large load...2 lbs pork/beef, 2 eggs, 3 good handsful oatmeal. 3rd made about 25 dzn cookies and 3 batches of brownies.
