Everyone who has dandruff has a different type. Icky as it is, dandruff is caused by different kinds of infections/inflammations caused by varying fungi and yeasts. (Ew. I know. Hang on.) Works just as everyone says it does. If you have psoriasis, eczema this shampoo keeps the flakes at bay. Has even been diluted with water and used as a face wash. Great product.
