One of the most PERFECT Mario games.
I don't know where I'd place this in a "Top" # list, but it's definitely up there. It's got the gameplay mix of Mario 64 meets original Mario Bros. The levels are short and sweet with a flag pole at the end just like the NES games, and it's got the 3D world and slight bit of exploration from Mario... Read review on www.amazon.com

What really surprised me is after beating the game a few nights ago, you unlock the special worlds! There's 8 worlds with the same number of levels, so looks like I'm only half way through. The game isn't overly difficult which makes for a *fun* casual experience. Level design really makes this... Read review on www.amazon.com

It looked great in the previews and stuff... But it's absolutely AMAZING. The 3D is very well done and the gameplay is just brilliant. A must buy for your 3DS Read review on www.amazon.com

What can I say, this is a Mario game. Very engaging and a lot of fun to play. The 3-D effects are very good and even if your playing in 2-D it is just as fun. Read review on www.amazon.com

I will keep this short and to the point. If you have a 3DS then you have to BUY THIS GAME! I have had so much fun and I really hope they make a second game for the 3DS. I haven't finished it yet but only 8 worlds seems too short to me. That's the only complaint I would have is that it is too short... Read review on www.amazon.com

He almost peed his pants when he unwrapped it. I guess he was happy with it. I haven't seen him since, but unless he got grounded, I'm sure he's been playing with it. Read review on www.amazon.com

I just started playing this game yesterday and it's absolutely fun. I did not think I would enjoy the setting and layout of the game but I am actually fond of it now. It's not the normal, start to the left and run to the right to beat the course. You can run around and it's a lot of fun. Read review on www.amazon.com

I grew up on the old school NES Mario. Boy is this an awesome upgrade! Love the 3D! The worlds are so immersive and fun to play. I would suggest to anyone who loves Mario. Make sure you have a 3DS though! Read review on www.amazon.com

A parent addicted to this game
I grew up in the Nintendo generation, so it was extremely nostalgic to play Mario Bros again on my kid's 3DS XL. The visuals on this game are beautiful, the 3D features are amazing, and a lot of the aspects/foes/characters/worlds from the original Mario World 1-3 are included, just more advanced... This is a fun game to pass the time.. some levels are a little challenging but most aren't. I don't believe I can play this game for hours at a time but most handheld games I can't. passing an hr here or there is very possible Read review on www.amazon.com

The Missing Link Between 2D and 3D Mario...
Easily one of the best purchases for the 3DS, "Super Mario 3D Land" stands proudly among its illustrious brethern, far outshining "New Super Mario Bros. 2" with both stellar level design and amazing steroscopic 3D. Like "Super Mario Galaxy 2", "Super Mario 3D Land" is almost an embarrassment of... Read review on www.amazon.com

Haven't had too much time to spend with this game...she just got it for Christmas. But so far it has all of the classic fun Mario elements: fly hats, tails, mystery boxes etc. The 3-D feature is really cool. You just really have to find the "sweet spot" on the screen or it looks a little off. She... Read review on www.amazon.com
