NY's disgraced former gov. back on the ballot
Former Gov. Eliot Spitzer was ousted from office in 2009 after a prostitution scandal where he was revealed to be the mysterious Client No. 9. Now, Spitzer hopes to replace that name with a new title of NYC Comptroller, and it seems many New Yorkers agree. The disgraced politician was able to gather 27,000 signatures on Thursday in support of his bid. He garnered the support just three days after his announcement to return to the political spotlight.
