We Don't Know Sh*t': NBC's Brian Williams Apolo...
During NBC News' live coverage of the manhunt for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev in Watertown, Massachusetts Friday night, Brian Williams "dipped in" to live coverage from New England Cable News at precisely the wrong time. The station apparently didn't realize they were getting the national exposure as all NBC viewers heard was the voice of a man who "doesn't know shit." While at first it seemed that the voices being heard were from NECN reporters, soon the only voice was from a man who appeared to be talking to someone off-camera or on the phone. "What's that?" the voice asked, "Is that amazing? Oh you're not listening. Oh we don't know... I don't know shit."At that point, NBC cut the feed, returning to Brian Williams, who told the audience sarcastically, "Well, that was a fortuitous time to dip into New England Cable News," adding, more seriously, "we apologize for the language we inadvertently aired during what was a mix-up of communications on their part."
