Program Description
Elevate your career and help organizations thrive with our M.A. Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. This program trains students in the essential diagnostic and consultative skills to help organizations and the individuals within them solve problems and leverage strengths to perform effectively and efficiently. Students not only learn how to design and implement I/O assessments and solutions, but they also benefit by participating in these very same practices to identify their own strengths and to improve developmental areas.

Tailored Learning Experience: The program is comprised of two tracks: –
The Internship/Thesis Track is offered in Anaheim, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, San Diego, and Washington D.C. –
Applied Research Project (ARP) is offered Online only. The ARP Track is designed for students with a minimum of three years relevant post baccalaureate work experience.
