I'm always up for a challenge, but note that I have no experience with decorating so I am unable to do any recipes with intricate frosting designs. My frosting ability only goes up to basic frosting coating and sprinkles. However, if you're looking for a cookie or other baked good that's just not on my menu, please ask. I am open to questions.

I use my own boxes/envelopes and pick the best price available that gets to you in the time displayed. This can be from UPS 3-day or Priority Mail it really just depends.

Message me and please send me pictures of the damaged product. I have to do this for insurance purposes only. After I see the damage, I will either refund you or offer a replacement so that you can reorder if needed. The shipping is non-refundable as perishable items are not covered by insurance unless the packaging is clearly damaged. This is why pictures are so important for me and for you. I am fairly reasonable with my refund policy, but I must see images of the damage.

I do orders on weekends or when I have time. A realistic timeline is given on all my orders.

Unfortunately, not at this time. Last time I tried to make a vegan cookie it was a disaster and inedible. I don't want to serve you an underwhelming product at a higher price due to the extra cost of vegan butters. Maybe sometime in the future when I've had more time to work with them.

I can use a gluten free flour, but I do bake mostly with gluten so I can't guarantee 100% safety. It will also be at a higher cost (around $1 per order) because of the increased cost of the gluten free flour blend.
