Brought this for safety reasons. The watch can call for assistance if I fall.

I don't know if we are doing something wrong but we have not been able to get the watch to accept a charge so for now, it is useless to us. I have considered going to an Apple Store to see if they can figure out the problem but my preference would be to return it and get my money back.
