Enjoyed the property and how smooth all went. The convenience of having someone to text and meeting the person live was great too.

Just an hour or so outside San Francisco, Sonoma is a picturesque city set among the vineyards in Northern California. It features a beautiful square with galleries, shops and restaurants. They often feature live music in the square. Great for a long weekend, the vineyards offer tours and tastings. There is also a wonderful cheese shop there. If you enjoy being active, don’t miss the hiking/biking trails in the area.

It is a quiet and over-looked town! MUST SEE! They have a cute downtown Sonoma Plaza, with a Visitor Bureau with free coupons (2 for 1 wine tasting), lots of cute and varied shops and restaurants. There are also a lot of museums and the Sonoma Mission right there. We visited Buena Vista, Gundlach Bundschu, and Jacuzzi wineries--ALL were beautiful! We had a great dining experience at Sonoma Grill and Bar in the back terrace.

Downtown Sonoma is a quaint town with cafes, galleries, a movie theater, and most importantly, two ice cream shops (we chose the Chocolate Cow). We also found a wonderful hike nearby called Sonoma Overlook in the downtown area. About 1.3 miles up for a beautiful view of the city.

The foods we tried were all delicious.
The foods we tried were all delicious. The town square and park were quaint as well as the city itself. I loved the architecture of the homes in the downtown area. The area is very walkable and there were many unique shops.

If you like wine, this is the place for you.
If you like wine, this is the place for you. We were attending a wedding and on our downtime looked for places to hike and for other things to do. The hike we chose had no parking at the trailhead (?!) and it was hot so we gave up. There are cutesy shops in Sonoma, but, like cutesy shops everywhere, prices are inane. We enjoyed walking around the historical buildings in downtown Sonoma and learning about Gen. Vallejo. NO mosquitoes but not much to do if you don’t want to taste wine.
Stayed Dec 27-29, 2023. The hotel isn't fancy but the facilities were excellent, staff was excellent, it was clean and the breakfast was excellent. There was quiche, cereal, bagels, juices, muffins, the coffee was great, and there were hard boiled eggs. The location is about 1 mile from downtown and thus it's a little too far to walk. However the price was more than $100 less than the hotels by the downtown square and considering breakfast was included it is a super excellent value.
breakfast room and the added bonus of wine and cheese in the afteroon. A lovely way to meet people. The fact that there was EV charging was an added treat. The location of the hotel is perfect. Your staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
Certainly enough parking provided, all in all we are planning on coming back and looking forward to it.
Our visit to your lovely little town started ar your community hall where two men gave us the tour and welcomed us, so nice!
We loved that it was right on the Sonoma Plaza and within walking distance of great restaurants, boutiques, and wine tasting rooms. We also enjoyed the historic look and feel of the hotel. The staff was really friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying there. There is no breakfast, or coffee, but there is a cute cafe accross the street and we were able to call in an order and pick it up and bring it back to our room really easy.
The Ledson is a traditional house right on the square in Sonoma. Only has six rooms all on the second floor. Very spacious room with marble floors and very ornate and lovely decoration with beautiful big comfortable bed with good quality linen and feather pillows!! Incredibly convenient with parking at the rear. minimal contact with staff apart from cleaner and manager(remotely) but very responsive and helpful.
All the staff were really friendly and service was great. A particular highlight for us was our hike with Ed, which the hotel offers as a complimentary outing. Ed was super enthusiastic and it was a real highlight of our trip. The lobby is very comfortable, with board games for guests to enjoy over a glass of wine. We also enjoyed the live music and food truck, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays.
We spent a very memorable two nights at 'An Inn to Remember'
A lovely room with a comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. We had a delightful deck on which to sit and enjoy drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. A perfect location too, as it was only a few steps from the square in central Sonoma. We would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast.
Love coffee and tea open 24 hours in lobby and cozy lobby fireplace. Breakfast good, all the expected yummies for continental hotel breakfast. Winter so we didnt use pool. Sadly hot tub closed bc someone almost drove into it and broke fence but that is not the hotel fault! Very close to downtown Sonoma and amazing restaurants.
Had one night stay here lovely helpful staff and lots of added extras, cooked breakfast, wine and cheese and snacks in the evening. We walked to Sonoma Plaza 15-20 minutes however most people had cars which would have been easier especially if wine touring. Very quiet and spacious lounge and dining area if you wanted to mingle
the location was in short walking distance to Sonoma Square (5-7min) and yet on the edge of a residential area and Sonoma biking trail so pretty quiet overall. Loved the space as it felt like our own little cottage. We used the provided amenities to make breakfast both mornings, and having the dishwasher was such a nice bonus.
Rooms were large, well furnished and very comfortable. Loved having access to the small kitchen in the shared area. Hotel was charming with a country Sonoma flare. Very nice personnel. We'll be back.
