Creating and customizing your dashboard

The Opkey dashboard stands out with its user-friendly interface.It gives you a single source of truth for your test automation project making it easy to track the release readiness. It is customizable and you can create your own dashboards using easy drag-and-drop widgets.


You can create a custom report using widgets and add it to your dashboard. To create a new report go to the Reports tab and select QLM Report.



Click on Create Report.


Enter the name of the report and select its Access level - Private is visible only to user who created and Public would be visible to all the users in that project. You can select Specific to share with those you need.




Once the QLM Report is created,select the widgets to be added, by clicking the Add Widget button.



and give it a name, choose the artifacts you want to see in this report such as defects, requirements etc. Now select related fields to these artifacts such as status, priority and Click on Create.



Once your report is created, click on the three dots at the end and select option pin report to dashboard.


And your report is now visible on your dashboard it will look as shown in the image below.

Release Analytics 

Release Analytics provides comprehensive insights into past and current releases, their progress from planned start to end data, pending defects, requirments, test failures etc.




Tickets By Priority


Tickets By Priority on Opkey's dashboard offers a clear view of task urgency, aiding teams in focusing on critical issues first. The section categorizes tickets based on importance it helps teams identify and address high-priority tickets, to ensure a smoother project flow, and meet deadlines effectively.



You can also filter and choose a different release to view by clicking on the dropdown.


Test Cases By Suites

The Test Cases By Suite section gives a view of test cases grouped in test suites for simultaneous execution. For instance, a QA team can effortlessly locate all manual test cases within a designated suite linked to a release.



Select the release to be shown by selecting the dropdown.


Tickets By Status

The visual representation of process statuses, as seen in Tickets By Status, provides a quick and clear view of issues, aiding in efficient performance tracking and informed decision-making in project management.



Test Case and Components


The Test Case and Component section provides an overview of the total count of Test Cases or Business Components created. This metric helps in tracking testing assets and assessing the scope of testing.
