The location was excellent! The hotel has a very retro vibe, yet everything is very fresh and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price is high, but so is everywhere in Key West.

Great location. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Very friendly desk staff.
Great breakfast in the morning that will save you $20+/person vs eating out every morning.
Doesn't feel like a cramped hotel or the cookie-cutter apartment style rooms that other places on the island tend to be.

The staff was excellent! They were friendly and offered suggestions on activities in the area. The pool is clean and all the lounge chairs were clean and in good condition. The pool and surrounding area was quiet we seldom heard noise from the outside. The greenery was well kept and offered the right amount sun and shade. Key West is a gem of an island in the Florida Keys, popular with pleasure seekers and history buffs alike. As the most southern destination in the continental United States, Key West has a fascinating history, dating back to its settlement by Spanish explorers in the 16th century.
Today, this little island off the coast of Florida attracts over a million cruise visitors a year through the Port of Key West. Visitors come to see Hemingway House, where Ernest Hemingway penned "A Farewell to Arms." Key West Cemetery provides a unique walk through the multicultural past of the city. There are also trolley rides through the historic district of Jackson Square.
There’s more than just history to Key West, however. Smathers Beach is a place to have fun in the sun, while Mallory Square provides the chance to shop and watch a magnificent sunset. The excellent bus system helps you get around the island without a car.
Key West International Airport is a mere 4 miles from Duval Street, the heart of downtown and a good place to stay for easily exploring the nearby sights. With accommodations ranging from resorts to B&Bs, Booking.com helps you get the best stay for the best price in Key West!
Loved the culture and friendliness of the people.
Bicycles were great to get around on.
Best activity was the sea plane to the Dry Tortugas. A little pricey, but so well worth it! Highly recommend.

Key West is gorgeous and rich with history.
Key West is gorgeous and rich with history. I would call it less of a conventional beach town, as the beaches are sparse and man made because of the whole island thing. If you love the water then this is the place. Boats, jet skis, snorkeling and more are all available for you to enjoy and Duval Street is full of shopping, restaurants and bars. There are some very unique vendors with one of a kind items and lots of art appreciation from the locals. The beach stores are a little over priced on some of their beach wares, which is typical, but there is no shortage of cute and original boutiques. Rent a scooter or a golf cart when you get there. It is the best way to travel while you are there.

There are so many things to do in Key West. Tons of historic sites, great beaches and views, and obviously Duval Street. Definitely check out taking a day trip to Dry Tortugas to see the National Park and do some snorkeling!!! Memorable sunsets at Mallory Square. We definitely will be back, as we ran out of time to cover it all.

Sun, fun and oh so much to see, do and eat!
Sun, fun and oh so much to see, do and eat! We enjoyed Duval Street and all it had to offer. We ate at Seaside Cafe (my favorite was lobster pizza and the Mojiots). We took the ferry to Latitudes on Sunset Key, it was absolutely amazing. The food and the ambiance was phenomenal. Please be advised, reservations well in advance are required. We visited all the hot spots for drinks and entertainment. We loved breakfast at TwoFriends and Big Cheezies. You can walk or ride bikes all over. We did not rent a car but did rent a golf cart one day. That was fun and we felt safe the entire time.

Beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful place to visit. We really enjoyed the tours we took. A great place to eat was Rams Head Southernmost restaurant. Very generous portions and a great atmosphere. Pizza Joe's also had really good pizza by the slice. We found the best way to get around was to use Uber or walking. There is no parking and the traffic is very heavy. We drove to Key West but next time we would fly in and use Uber to get around.
Convenient location. We were close to everything we wanted to be. Great touch by providing complimentary bikes for a day, we enjoyed that. Provided a couple daily complimentary adult beverages, but we missed out on most of those because of the timing and activities we participated in. Nice clean and comfortable room. Bathroom/Shower was updated, clean and had plenty of space for Key West hotel room. Friendly staff. Love the fact that they are pet friendly!
The location was just perfect, close to the duval street but still far enough to have peace and feel like on your own private key west island:) The grounds of the hotel were stunning, the greenery was tropical and made us feel relaxed. We had our own small cottage with porch and felt like there is nobody else just us although the hotel was fully booked. We loved the possibility to take drinks and snacks from the common kitchen.
This location is perfect! It's so close to Duval Street and right around the corner from the marina which has amazing restaurants and bars! We loved to eat and watch the boats come in. It is also just across the street from amazing shopping. We walked everywhere! It was my first time in Key West and my husband's fourth. He has stayed at the Hyatt Centric in the past. This hotel and location will not disappoint!
We stayed for a couple of days at the Parrot Key and had the most amazing time ever: The property of the Hotel is a beautiful, private oasis - exactly what we needed! We loved our hotel room: very clean with nice interior. The staff was always very friendly, not only at the reception but also at the watersports center. We did an amazing Jetski tour around Key West and would highly recommend it! 10 out of 10!
The Alexander Palm Court was the best! The location was clean, the staff Steve was awesome he gave us a map of Key West that helped us navigate, it was walking distance from Duval Street, Higgs beach, JG golf cart rentals and a Cuban store where are you can get delicious sandwiches and very good coladas,(Cuban coffee that will knock your butt to the floor then pick you back up like the Flash)😁.
What an unexpected pleasure! Ambrosia Key West exceeded our expectations! From the accomodating staff (we came in fairly late to the hotel) to the complimentary full, delicious breakfast, it was a pleasure. The courtyard is stunning and relaxing, morning or evening. The hotel is within walking distance to almost everything in Key West. Being a small hotel, it felt like a private oasis!
It was a wonderful Key West style hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple yet a wonderful addition to the stay. We opted for a queen room, but next time, I would get a king. Rooms were nice in size with a refrigerator. The bathroom was my only complaint it was so small. I'll definitely stay here again. It was a nice quiet area.
It was a bucket list stay for my husband for his birthday! He had always wanted to sleep on a sailboat, and this came across booking when I was looking for a hotel. Nice surprise for us both. It was easily assessable to Key West and all of the dining and must-sees. Free parking and Captain Brad even offered us a place to park on Duval Street.
We spent two nights there to visit Key West - as the hotel provides a regular shuttle service till about 10 p.m. it is no big deal to get to the city. This worked perfectly so we didn't use our car during the stay. The pool was nice, sometimes a bit noisy from air traffic. Breakfast was ok so far, the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Stayed 3 days in August 2022. Quiet and very nice hotel located near the downtown road and with its own parking and pool. Room large enough, cleaned and well fitted.
All the staff was very gently and smiling. Goof breakfast and well appreciated the evening happy hours initiative.
Certainly, a place to stay in Key West.
Most importantly, the hotel is clean. It is in a good location to go to Key West attractions. It also has a nice outdoor bar/liquor store and an ice cream/donut stand. The staff were nice. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but the continental breakfast did look good. The muffins appeared to be homemade.
It is an older hotel like most buildings in key west, but has been updated pretty nicely.i had a double queen and the room was pretty spacious with a nice shower and two sinks. The beds were comfy and i felt like i slept well. The pool area was also very good!We all were happy with our stay.
We really liked the room, it was big and clean. We had breakfast by the pool and it was very nice. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was in a good location, close to Key West downtown. When we arrived we saw a funny iguana. We Liked the stay, it was nice and comfortable.
Location!! It is one of the few (if not the only one) beach front hotel in Key West. Try the beach front rooms.
Beach has chairs, umbrellas, water sports rentals.
Nice pool, with a bar and restaurant close by.
Great location - close to all the fun of Key West. Hotel was quiet with a nice courtyard in the middle with a very nice pool and lounge area. Free breakfast in the courtyard was very nice.
