Please note that all returns are only accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery by USPS/FedEx for all U.S. addresses. All wholesale items are non-refundable and can't be exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original shipping fee is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. We charge 35% re-stocking fee if items are returned with fragrance/perfume smell.

Items that are currently on sale may be exchanged, but will incur a shipping charge of $4.5 for any exchanges made.

We send via USPS first class mail after payment is being cleared. If you use e-check through paypal, it will be take up 5 more days to process the payment. First class mail takes 3-5 business days to deliver but it might take up 7 business days.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
