What's next for the Bing Insiders program

We are excited to announce that the Microsoft Bing Insider program is now on Twitter. You can provide feedback, ask questions and find out what's next with Bing – give us a follow. We have also created a dedicated Bing Insiders forum in our Microsoft forums and we would love for you to continue to bring your enthusiasm and creativity to help us improve Bing.

Moving forward, these will be the two ways we will stay in touch. We've really enjoyed engaging with all of you over the years and look forward to continuing the conversation with you on Twitter and in our forum.

  • The Bing Insider Program gives you a voice and a DIRECT channel to the Bing teams. It’s an opportunity to give us feedback on features, concepts, and ideas still in development. We have created a myriad of fun ways to collect your feedback and, what’s best, is that you’ll be able to see your feedback make a difference. You’ll directly help us make Bing great for you, your friends and family.
  • You’ll be the first to know and try features before they are released, direct access to the engineering teams via advisory councils, access to our monthly calls to keep up to date on the latest, and much, much, more. And you could win prizes or cool Bing swag! But please join only if you have an interest in working with us to improve Bing. And it really helps if you are already using Bing a lot so you have some context for the new things we want to show you. The program is strictly voluntary.
  • Sign in first with your Microsoft Account using the link at the top right corner of the page. Once signed in, click on 'Register' on the page to express your interest. It’s that easy!
  • You can always give us feedback from within Bing by clicking the 'Feedback' link at the bottom of every Bing page. Additionally, as an Insider, you can be part of exclusive Insider calls where we demonstrate new product ideas for feedback and announce advisory council opportunities. Advisory councils are small groups of Insiders who work directly with a development team on a specific feature area. We also have ongoing research opportunities for anyone to take advantage of, and make a difference to the future of Bing. We are counting on you though to participate and give good feedback to the team. You may also get invited to new features being experimented to try out and provide qualitative feedback.
  • It is possible that we have currently reached our program’s membership limit. If you have not heard back from us within 3 weeks of your registration, then you are probably in a queue to join. We are constantly increasing our membership limit and we hope to have you as part of this program.
  • We will be sad to see you leave. If you still want to, simply click (you need to be signed in). You can opt back in at any time as we would love to have you in the program.
  • Currently, the Bing Insider program is available only in the United States. We will announce when it is available in other countries worldwide. Stay tuned…
  • Bing Insider program communications are sent to the primary alias associated with your Microsoft account. To receive emails at a different email address, you will need to change the primary alias on your Microsoft account. You can learn how to manage your aliases in your Microsoft account here.
