"Welcome To Dreamland" (2009) is an American reality and competition show that pits eight young women against each other for a recording contract. Two producers also compete against each other, as they divide the women into teams of four. The women work with stylists, designers, songwriters and photographers with the producers advising them. At the end, there are two finalists who have to perform in a concert. The winner gets the contract and will work with the producer who had coached her.
