Offers Insight Into the Dangers Officers Face
Police officers deserve our respect, and you'll be reminded why at this intriguing attraction. In addition to memorabilia like the Robocop costume and Blade Runner car from the films, informative displays offer insight into the dangers officers face every day: drugs, homicides, and criminals who can create knives from dental putty and guns from a bicycle spoke. Other exhibits spotlight the gory history of capital punishment and crime scene investigation, terrorism, and a rotunda where more than 9,000 names are etched in marble to honor police officers who have died in the line of duty. A 24-stall shooting range provides rental guns.

The Nation's first museum, attraction and memorial honoring all police officers. This educational attraction offers thousands of items on display such as a crime scene; gas chamber; electric chair; police cars; motorcycles; a forensics learning center and a kids dress up area. There are several interactive displays. For young adults and up; an indoor gun range is available for public use. Discounts available. Helicopter rides are also available with many great tours to choose from.

A Repository of Police Artifacts
This museum serves as an educational organization, a repository of police artifacts, and a memorial to 6,000 officers from around the country who lost their lives in the line of duty. An enormous Italian marble block stands in the center of the museum. On its wall are carved the names of fallen officers, along with their rank, state, and city. The museum sponsors a number of educational and outreach programs. A nondenominational chapel is located on the premises, as is a display of futuristic police equipment.
