Buffalo City Hall has a free observation deck on the 26?th floor. It has small windows in each direction. You can see Canada; Lake Erie; downtown; and a couple of historic neighborhoods. It's diml… Full review by Doug S

Visited the City Hall. Went up to the Observation floor (It's free) for an amazing view. Lots of Statues, stained glass and artifacts to see. Full review by denisf255
