Cleveland Metroparks Zoo cares for 3,000 animals of over 600 species in 74 hectares of space. The park also houses one of the largest collections of primates in North America. It's divided into numerous bio-thematic areas like African plains, bear and tiger exhibit, shark exhibit, and gum leaf hideout with koala bears and eucalyptus trees. The rainforest exhibit is one of the main attractions of the zoo, where you'll see animals such as crocodiles, komodo dragons, birds, and orangutans. The exhibit is home to more than 10,000 plants, a 7.6 m waterfall, and a simulated tropical rainstorm.
