The Sculpture Garden is available year round and it is free. Parking is available in the parking lot, ramp or on the street. We wandered around for over an hour, and there was still much more to see.… Full review by joaniemaria

Visited in the evening hours, very few people there. If dog is leashed, I think it would be allowed. Sidewalks are wide, plenty of grassy areas too.
