Great, free walk through natures. Gators swimming nearby, nice boardwalk through woods. My daughter loved the playground! Nice public restrooms. Good day trip with many trails to walk. Full review by Kalynn21

There is a visitor center and I am sure you could check in with the rangers, just in case. But there was never a time I felt uncomfortable or to isolated. Hope this helps :) Take a camera and have fun!
