Yes, they are. We baby sit our friends dog & take him there for walks. There are also baggie dispensers on the walking path in case you forget to bring yours.
I want to know more details such as: Is there a group picnic area? IS is covered even in part and can we make a reservation? Is it senior friendly, old folks? We are planning a celebration for a grad 8/13/16 combined with a family get together.
