You can absolutely bring a stroller. They are everywhere. I don't know about a diaper bag, but my guess is they may be allowed as it is a children's museum. Snacks, not sure. I would …

The Strong Museum follows the NY Mandate that does say anyone over the age of two must wear a mask ~ NY is strict and has not let up on Many of the original rules that were put into place. Plus many of the "play areas" are closed within the museum.
