I believe that this was $10 per person. However, we took advantage of a 4 home tour package for only $20 per person which included Waveland, the Mary Todd Lincoln House, The Hunt Morgan House and Ashland home of Henry Clay. This is the least expensive way to see these home. This package can be purchased downtown at the visitor's center.
