No but many campsites and most boat ramps/ docks are. Some of our friends found an open one and had their pontoon out on the Lake last Saturday.

Depending on which area you are in, Yes there are picnic tables and grills. El Dorado Lake is a very big lake, with many camping areas.

No you don't have to pay to drive through, but there is a day fee for some areas, if you plan to stay the day.
