Only wanting to see the bridge and stretch our legs during a long trip, is there a cost to enter the property or is the cost to tour the mill?

It was $ 3.00 I think for everyone in the car, not per person. So to stretch your legs n take in a beautiful view, It will cost you a happy meal.
